I purchased an Apple I Phone 5 C from online seller www.Ebay.in on 31.1.2014. The phone is worth 38,000. I sent the product as a gift to my relative Mr. Priyesh Sodha, the phone was delivered by ebay.in on said address as well as on time, but when Mr. Priyesh opened the product case on 6.2.2014 at a near by Apple store he found that the phone he received was damaged. We contacted Ebay.in immediately. From the beginning itself they were not providing proper feedback regarding the procedure for how to get a replacement done as soon as possible. The claim was opened on 6th of feb 2014 and today is 11th March 2014. Till date ebay is providing false promises we will provide the tracking details within 24 hours.

We want our money back including the interest over the period of, business loss occurred to us due to this or we want the company to reduce the price of the phone further to satisfy our self. We also want the company to apologies for the incontinence they cause to me and my relative in writing. We also want them to give a proof to the government and their costumers that they will not cheat innocent buyers like this.
