I ordered my dell laptop on 06.08.14 from eBay.in and seller is Max technologies and i got my laptop on 14.08.14 but on 16.08.14 my LCD stopped working and screen became black spot and white marks after that i compliant to dell and they told that the invoice provided from eBay.in is invalid and seller tells there is manufacturing defect in LCD but no one is supporting me eBay.in nor dell and seller is blaming that you have broken the LCD,its just disgusting please help and resolve this issue on urgent basis.

Please help me because dell,eBay.in and Max technologies are blaming each other but issue still remains the same and the sufferer is me in between this,please resolve this issue by taking strict action against whomever is responsible for this.
