I had booked a VGuard Stabilizer via ebay.in for Rs. 2449. The product was delivered in damaged condition and hence I had raised a EBAY GUARANTEE CLAIM against the same. The complaint ID being 678018 & PaisaPay ID:37475967171. I was asked by EBAY to courier back the faulty product to the seller. This was couriered back to seller (Seller EBAY ID: Smartlybuy) on 13th October, 2014 via BlueDart Courier (Courier Tracking No: 14318499160). The product amount (Rs.2449) was refunded on 16th October, 2014. But the shipping charges of Rs.1395 is yet to be received. I was informed by EBAY that the shipping amount will be refunded back in the form of EBAY coupons to my e-mail id elitekatti@gmail.com. But till date, when ever I call EBAY Customer Care – I get the reply that there is some technical problem and hence the delay in refund of shipping charges. Its almost 75 days since I am hearing this same reply from EBAY Customer care. I am frustrated following up with ebay regarding this and almost lost hope on the shipping charges amount from EBAY INDIA.
I expect a cash back refund from EBAY INDIA of Rs.1395 as I would never like to have business with them. I do not need their EBAY COUPONS as that would mean I will have to again do business with them. I would like the cash to be refunded to my Credit Card where earlier EBAY had refunded the Product amount.
