Dear Sir I ordered Apple ipad mini 16GB wifi (silver) color but they send me repacked product and imported from Hong Kong, When i complain seller changed description and describe as its imported product, Ebay agent demand letter that if service center give letter that this product is imported than only they are ready for return when i told them that Apple Service center doesn’t have this authority although they are not ready for refund.

I want refund for my product.
