have ordered online Auxus Nuclea N2 OCTA CORE 1.7GHz from Ebay but after ordering i feel i did mistake and i asked the Seller and Ebay to cancel it..First Ebay told contact to seller and when i contacted seller , he told contact to Ebay. later ebay told they have policy once order item ordered it cannot be cancelled event those it is not shipped ..I have requested both to cancel the order when status was showing not shipped.(ready to shipping)

I want order to be cancel , and also want you help to make Ebay understanding that if item are not shipped they should feel free cancel the order.
