I have Purchased a bluetooth keyboard case from ebay.in on 14th Feb 2016. But I didn’t received product till the expected date. So I raise a refund request on 23rd Feb 2016. They said that it will take 5 days to refund the amount of Rs. 849/-. But even after 15 days of purchase they didn’t call me back and not even refunded the amount.Instead they say that, product is delivered to you and your claim is closed. It is their mistake that they delivered product to seller and not to me. Though they are unable to refund me back till date.

www.ebay.in has used my money since 14th Feb 2016 to till date. There might be so many customers like me who have paid ebay and ebay has not given product to them. ebay is simply using people’s money and earning interest on those money. I am looking for the justice. And amount should be refunded to me with the interest. My ebay complaint number is 1737421.
