Dear Sir First of all, I am ashamed to be an Ebay user. Seller sold me a product that is one year old manufactured and older design and even lower MRP than the market but claimed his product to be new and genuine and latest. Ebay assures that in such cases Ebay Money back guarantee works in the interest of the consumer. But your Government bank like system which hasn’t done anything for the claim raised 5 days ago makes me feel all the more terrible. Moreover, your executive has told me that seller has been delisted from Ebay as he might be a fake seller. How can a company of such repute keep such sellers who sell an year old manufactured products and wherein the product Serial number doesn’t match the warranty book serial number. The given product is fake and I will advise everyone not to use Ebay for buying items. I feel cheated by using your pathetic service.
