Dear Sir, A serious issue, Big Froud by ebay For Paisa pay id 36941473888, I paid Rs. 19,080.0.00 for a mobile phone(Original HTC One Max – 16 GB – Gold – Smartphone) date July 31, 2014. and the fraud seller send me Clone of HTC one Max Mobile phone, It’s not original imported HTC One Max and it’s not working properly. Check out below mentioned you tube link as it’s same phone which I have received. It’s same as made in Taiwan. Item is not as per described, and its duplicate one and not working perfectly. I am really surprised, Absolute fraud is doing by seller, and eBay I never aspect this as I am doing shopping with ebay since 2011. Please help me to replace my handset or refund my hard yearned money. Where is ebay guaranty. Why not I am getting 30 days replacement guaranty. The seller is rajarshi96.
