I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Note 3 for Rs. 32, 447. I was promised to dispatch the phone by 30th Oct but till today (6th Nov), the phone is not dispatched. I have also applied for refund of my money on 5th Nov but I have not received any status report on the refund also. I have written to ebay, called to its customer service, they all respond that your phone will be dispatched and advise me to have patience. They do not give any deadline.

I have paid Rs. 32,447 using EMI and I am paying Rs. 800 as the interest to my bank. I have paid the money to ebay and I am paying interest on it but ebay has not sent my product.
