Purchased phone worth 15000 from ebay’s online website through a Kolkata based seller ( Raj Jayswal, World to India enterprise. Phone malfunctioned after 2 months.Product have 1 year of seller warranty.I shipped the phone to seller on 6/3/14. Seller never picks up my call after he received it on 8/3/14. Whenever I contact him through ebay he will respond with a new excuse. Ebay consumer care asks me to wait every time. It has been more than a month now. Seller dont reply to my calls neither he gives updates by when I will get the product?

My 15000 rupees + 300 shipping charges are stuck. Whole process since purchasing and asking again and again was a real mental fuss for me and the products malfunctioned in 2 months, afterwards service is pathetic I have mailed ebay and parent company (WORLD TO INDIA enterprice, Raj Jayswal) a week back requesting for an immediate action on all above issues. I have mentioned I will turn to consumer court regarding my consistent unresolved complaint with all documents, this mail & call details against Seller and ebay. I have tried mailing on inrswebhelp@ebay.com which was initially given by ebay customer care for complaint and now it says this email is no longer available. This is very sad that i have to be after ebay and seller to perform their duties.
