The device was giving problems and I sent it to HTC service center Hong Kong and got to know that the product is refurbished one as it has already been submitted at the service center 2 times before my purchase according to their records. I did talk to the customer support regarding the issue today (20 Dec 2013) and they denied to help me as the time of purchase is more than 1 month. I talked to Ebay support center and told her to just mail me the quotation that the seller did post on your website for this product. But she denied. I also told her to forward the call to her manager but my call was put on hold for around half an hour and then was disconnected by support center. I did contact to the seller but he said that “send me the mobile phone. I will get it repaired and it will cost you 5000 INR”. I asked EBAY to take action against the seller but they denied.
I want my device to be replaced with a new one. And if this is not possible I want my money back from the seller(Khalid Masroor) or from EBAY India. Also, Ebay should be asked to change its policy as piracy and fraud is being increased due to its services.
