ebay – product not delivered poor service

I have order a mobile on 10th April 2014. They provided me wrong shipping information and misguided me for order shipment. I have lost coupon code amount+payback points+ bank service charges on credit card EMI. They continue cheat me and me tell lie. they never provide me right information. They know it very well that they have not the product for shipping, but then also they were showing my product as “Shipped”. seller contact number and shipping detail was also wrong and after my request they have not provide me correct shipping information. they hide me information about product delivery and product status. In overall scenario services by “www.ebay.in” was not satisfactory. They misguide me, hide information me and provide me wrong information
