I have bought Samsung galaxy note 3 on 27-10-2014 by paying 32447 RS. Ship before date was 30-10-2014, and still now there is no update on the same. As it is power ship transaction, they said it will take 6 days to update the order status and if the order status has not changed then it will be refunded to my original mode of payment. So additionally I have also file for refund claim too on 03-11-2014(I can claim only after 7 days). But no action was taken till date. I have got my credit call bill too. They are taking more time to cancel the transactions for others too. They are not responding properly to the customers too. The grievance officer is not picking up the call too. Need my money back. Please shutdown ebay services in India, so that other customers will not get affected. I have also attached the word file, which has complaints of other customers in ebay forum.
