Ebay – Product not received, No Seller Response

I ordered a product on 25th june 2014 by paying the full amount in advance, but have not received the same till date. they have no clue where the product is even after multiple follow ups till date. they say they are still doing investigation instead of claiming ebay guarantee of resolution within 7 days. they are mentally harassing me & asking me to call sellers, courier company, their cx. care, etc., but of no use.

the entire amount that I paid for the product & express shipment is lost. the time in following up & waiting for hours is lost, that too during my office working hours. I needed the product for my engagement ceremony due to which I was looked down. the mental torture & harassment by the organisation, seller & the courier company also to be accounted for!
