i have purchased a samsung memory card from e-bay dealer super_technologies on 12-11-2014,i have paid Rs 610.00. but i did not received the item till date when i complaint about it they filed my claim and give claim id 800759. but they refused to refund said that i have received the item but even local courier office (DTDC) said that they don’t have any record about this item. every time they give me time of 24 hours but no reply

at least refund my money
