While purchasing an item my payment failed twice and it succeeded in third attempt only (on 21-03-2014 ).but money got deducted from both the failed transactions also. I had raised request (SR# 1-24357470845) for refund and the agent told that it will be refunded. Since nothing happened, on contacting them later, it was told that they hadn’t received payment from failed transactions and asked me to check with my bank and provide the transaction details if payment was successful. Even after providing the details, there was no action from ebay to refund the money.
