Sir, I had placed the order for Sony VAIO FIT 15E 15.5 with 500GB HDD, Intel Core I5 4th Generation 1.6 GHz Procesor, 4GB RAM Laptop on dated 22nd October, 2014 for which order was confirmed by the ebay india through PaisaPayID 37690175261 on the same date of amount Rs. 39,591 /- (Copy of Order Confirmation is attached). I had paid through Credit Card EMI option (12 EMIs) for which 13 % extra charges would be levied by the bank on the transacted amount (i.e. 13 % of 39,591). The item was to be delivered by 31st October, 2014, but till date the item has not been shipped. The product was offered by roshniinfotech, a registered seller on the ebay india web site and i have contacted the seller (contact number 9594968xxx) again and again from 25th to 29th October, 2014 regarding the shipment of product, but the seller has not shipped the product. Then, I have been contacting the ebay india regularly since 29th October, 2014 to till date regarding the shipment of product, but no solution has been made and giving excuses one and another. So, it is requested to look into the matter and kindly help to resolve it as soon as possible.

I want the product as per the specifications mentioned therein.
