Respected staff, Respected sir I used to have a seller’s account on ebay named rbtraders2013 which was restricted by ebay because it was running below standard ( 90% positive feed back and less than 10% negative feedback). I had a very old seller’s account on eBay named kymara2012. I used this account and was able to sell my products on eBay for a while. Ebay restricted this account as well because of my already restricted account rbtraders2013. There were no outstanding complaints under my kymara2012 account and I had really worked hard to do my best and keep my customers satisfied. Ebay actually owes me Rs 9500.00 from my sales under the account of kymara2012. I was told by ebay that if I appeal after 12th of Jan 2014, I will be allowed to use kymara2012 again. After having my previous ebay accounts restricted, I started another account named RBTSHOP. I have learned from my previous experiences, and I worked hard toward making sure that I keep my customers satisfied and gain positive feedback from my buyers. Now not supporting my positive effort of running a successful account ebay has restricted RBTSHOP because I had an old account named rbtraders2013. Doing business on ebay has been very frustrating and challenging. I have never received any real help from ebay. I have been trying to do business on ebay, but I have faced hurdles and obstacles all the way through since I started doing business on ebay. With me hard work I was able to become a power seller and my account RBTSHOP was given a silver rating. I am being told that I can not place more item on RBTSHOP because I had previous accounts on ebay. I am requesting ebay representatives on ebay to help me out. I am all willing to close my previous accounts and be able to use my RBTSHOP. So my request to you people that please remove all restriction from (rbtshop2013). I have worked hard and done my best to keep my customers satisfied. I am a power seller now also my account is now in Silver level. No one is offering me any real help. EBAY representatives are telling me that they would never close my accounts nor will let me use them. I really do not understand what kind of customer service is that. I am a seller on ebay. If there are no sellers there would be no buyers on ebay.in. They are neither letting me close my account and nor paying my money back. They have kept all my personal information. I want them to either let me use my seller account of let me close me delete my accounts. EBAY owes me Rs3500.00 from my RBTRADERS2013 account and Rs 9500.00 from my KYMARA2012 account. I am requesting ebay to pay my money and close those accounts. Ebay seems to ripping its sellers off. I as a seller have been disappointed with ebay policies I really wish that I could speak with some one who can provide some solution to these problems. All I am asking is that what kind of help can ebay provide to its customers/sellers to resolve their issues. My experience on ebay has been nothing

I want my money back from ebay which amount they owe me also want to run only one ebay account (rbtshop2013) & close all other accounts
