Defective product recd on 8th Sept 2014 n lodged complaint on 8/9/2014 with refund id 641757 thou eBay. Returned mobile with lava service center do letter after physical+ psychological harassment For 30 days to seller as per eBay id 9786 on 8/10/2014 both by eBay crust service rep and seller. They promised that before Diwali it will be resolved despite hot exchanges for not answering correctly and kept be lingering for almost now 2 months.
No action. No reply for almost 1 month after defective product recd by the seller. I saved rs. 2000 for these people and spent rs. 530 normal courier charges. I gave alternative solution refund rs 6549 + 530 = 7079 and car into eBay a/c I will buy another lava model x5 white from same seller by paying difference amt or car fr buying from eBay thru another seller or cr bank a/c. But all went on deaf ears despite warning to go police, media and you people but they even donot care. All emails are with me if needed.
