first i want to say you that i was a bit surprised seeing ebay top your customer friendly brand. ebay India is the worst online e-commerce site i have transacted with.i tried to buy apple i phone 6 plus with ebay india on 3/11/2014 and made an online payment via paisa pay on ebay india site.the transaction was successful with paisapay id 37772609108 but the seller turned out to be a fraud.when i didn’t received the product i lodged a demand of refund which was approved on 13/11/2014 under claim id 744752.they said the amount will be reflected in your account within 6-8 days.all deadlines crossed still no amount refunded and they are asking for more time due to some technical issues.the amount involved is too high and i cant bear any more delay.they have crossed all deadlines and i want my refund immediately.
immediate refund of refund amount to be reflected in my account with compensation if any.
