My Claim id 418694 is closed without solving it. The supplier send the wrong product and ebay wants me to spend the courier charges in sending back the product they want to waste my time and money i do online purchase to save time but my time and money is wasted. Please solve the issue and ensure i get my money back. Supplier is enjoying by sending the wrong product he simply say send back the product but they dont think the time and money involed in it. Please solve the issue.
