I have ordered brand new “Livpure RO water purifier touch” on “eBay website” offered by GSR Elecrogifting,Delhi on 23-Mar-2014 with order number “35994746219” for 14,400 INR (had some discount from eBay), i received product at Bangalore after few days with invoice number “R-2879/2013-2014” (attached). Livpure engineer visited my home on 10-Apr-2014 and informed that the box didn’t contain a 3-way connector and wall mount necessary for installation and ha lot of scratches on it. I requested for replacement and did’t receive new product till date, and no reply from manufacturer as well (Luminous water technologies Pvt. Ltd.)

I have paid full amount (14400 excluding discount) for the product on 23-Mar-2014, could have earned interest on that amount. I have spent lot of time in contacting concerned persons,i have spent 2500 INR for contacting persons via phone and internet (emails). I am spending 1000 INR every month to meet my drinking water expenses, which other wise could have met by using water purifier.
