I ordered Abercrombie and Fitch sweater (PaisaPay ID: 38222331399) from eBay on 28/12/2014 and I received the product on 02/01/2015. I had ordered for size ‘L’ but after trying it on, I found out that the size was bigger. So, I raised a product claim under eBay gurantee for the replacement of the product with size ‘M’. I got a call on 04/01/2015 where I was informed that they can’t replace the product and advised me that they can’t replace the product due to size change,and that I have to contact the seller directly by myself for any replacement of the product . As it is mentioned on their website the product can be replaced within 30 days.

I wanted a replacement but now I want refund of full amount (Rs. 1199.00)
