I bought a product from the online shopping site eBay.in using the PaisaPay ID 38372109601 on 13th January 2015 and paid the amount rs 645 using my debit card. But I didn”t get the product delivered till now and they are saying that the shipment is already delivered when I am trying to contact their customers service. Right now even they are not responding my email. Please resolve this matter as early as possible and guide me for the proper steps to be taken.

I was harassed repeatedly by misdirecting in several ways when ever I tried to contact their customers service provider regarding the issue visited several places and spent money for that. I need my money return back with adequate compensation
