Hi I had purchased an Apple iPad charger from ebay seller : mobile.accessory.deals and my Paisa Pay Id: 36717236491 . 1. The product description says it comes with a “Free iPad 2 Cable”. The product I received did not have any wire. 2. The product stopped working after a month and when I contacted the seller he asked me to contact eBay for refund. The product is listed as”100% Original” but my query with apple tells me that this is neither Indian nor Imported original Apple Product. Neither did eBay nor the seller has taken the claim into consideration and responded to me.

I need a refund for the amount of 1198.
