ebays – refund of non delivered item

I had purchased a sony digital camera (ID-251358526002) from e-bay on 25th Oct’13.The due delivery date was 5th Nov’13.I didn’t receive the item till date.The seller informed me that the consignment was shipped via e bays own logistic company DOTZOT .I waited till 24th of November for the item to be delivered and on 25th of November,I contacted ebay over phone for a refund.They assured me that my refund claim has been lodged and it will take 72 hours for the refund to get processed .They also assured me that I will get a confirmation via sms and email within 72 hours.But I didn’t receive any sort of communication from them.Then I again contacted ebay on 5th of December and I was told the same story and was assured of a refund.Again I was told that I will get a confirmation within 72 hours .This time also, I didn’t receive any sort of confirmation from them about my refund.Again ,I contacted ebay on 10th of December and I was told that I will receive a confirmation about the processing of refund within 24 hours but nothing happened.My money is stuck up for more then 45 days and I don’t know what to do.Ebay is only making false commitments and I think they have no intention of refunding my money.

My money RS 17100 stuck up with ebay for more than 45 days.
