I order online in ebest.in for washing Machine on Friday, July 12, 2013, I paid Rs. 16,500.00 by credit card, they confirm delivery date 15th July 2013. My order ID is 4968, after 7 days I called for not receiving washing machine on phone. They answer me that there is not possible to deliver at Vadodara, Gujarat, and asking my bank detail for refunding. Immediate I gave my bank detail by email. after that I call so many time but they say every time that you will receive refund within week. Now its more then 4 months but nothing any amount received. I called so many time to the manager Mr. Prem Josh on Mobile no. 9551278777, for that. He always say that I will call you with in half hour but he never call me.

I want refund.
