First of all he is one the cheater and i will suggest not to buy any flat with this builder. He uses third class construction material against what he promised at the time of buying the flat. I took possession 9 months back, he has not even completed the pending items which he committed to do (as per the checklist – like hollow tiles, crack in walls etc.). Till date he not not even given possession letter to me and i am living in the flat for 8 months now. He committed for many things as per the brochure but in actual the it is not there There is no water supply from corporation because he don’t have necessary completion certificates. He used the open space for parking which as per the PCMC norms is illegal and not supposed to be done. Firstly, please audit the sites of the builder for the quality and if found please blacklist. Secondly i want compensation or the entire refund and i am ready to give back the flat to him.
