Sir, I was working for TCS-Kolkata (Tata Consultancy Services) and from there I got meal voucher coupons of Edenred for 2500 INR each month. In between, the stores where I used to use these vouchers stopped accepting them for around 4-5 months. As a result, some of these vouchers were left unused. In the mean time, I moved to Bangalore and started working for Oracle Financial Services. The coupons had an expiry date of 31/12/2012. When I showed these coupons to Edenred representative visiting Oracle, he expressed his inability to help me and asked to contact customer care.I sent them a mail in March 2013 after numerous calls and finally they agreed to re-validate them by deducting 5% value and 250 as other charges.There was no date mentioned by when I can return. In the bustle of life, I couried the vouchers back to them but now they are refusing saying its too late.

want Edenred to do the following: 1. Revalidate my expired meal vouchers 2. Print clearly on the back of meal vouchers as to how and by when they can be revalidated (if at-all) 3. Be more reactive in user problems and issues. Sir…I am an IT pro for 9+ years. We use these vouchers to save on tax. These companies are fleecing us by not re-validating the expired coupons. We go on onsite deputations for months….when we return, what to do with these vouchers….they should be revalidated.
