Sir I pay Bill Regular but One month ago some electrician from ( Madhyanchal Vidhut Vitran Nigam Ltd . Lucknow ( Uttar Pradesh ) UPPCL arrive in office and said to increase the load of meter as I said to him that I will increase the load from next month but before increasing this load they should give notice in this regards but they have not given and they unnecessary increase the bill amount and also imposed heavy penalty charge without giving any notice . Sir I also want to know is there any rule or clause to imposed any penalty and charges without informing to customer ? . when I reached to the electric office they also misconduct with me and there behavior was not supportive and talk non sense and one member whose name was Mr . latafat abuses and ask for money not to increase the load and refused to submit the bill. Sir please look into this matter and take necessary step . the penalty which is imposed on bill should be returned by the electric department, and take necessary action not to put any penality without giving any notice and not to demand money for extra relief in bill .
