It is observed in recent news a paper reports that one of the young manager died because of electrocution by Emerson water heater by unknown manufacturer in Indore . The BIS which is responsible for manufacturing certification of electrical goods and issuing BIS / IS certification without ensuring all the safety measures are followed or not . If the same product is unsafe in safety of human being and threat to human life it is advisable the same should be banned from manufacturing sale, marketing and distribution and import in Indian market as it has failed in safety parameters which is evident from so many accidents in urban as well as rural India.

We want immediate ban on Emersion based water heaters in urban as well as rural India without having the full foolproof life saving devise and strict implementation of laws and act before issuing the BIS /IS certification to manufacturers Iand importers of India. Alternatively the act Law should be made accountable and punishable if human life is Out for whole life pension and one time compensation of INR 1.00 cr to the dependent of ten decided person met with an accident in INDORE as well as other parts of rural and urban India by manufacturer. The SUP MOTO cognizance and action by highest central authority for consumer protection due to accidents by failure of safety standards of electrical appliances.
