Hi Sir/Mam, I am Nikhil Juneja, had applied for a flat with ERA Landmarks in their upcoming project Era Cosmocity Ph-2. I had bought the flat on resale in Jan 2012 and got my floor allotment done in Mar 2012 by paying the next installment. Since then there has been no progress made by the builder and we are not given any timelines by which approval would be granted to the project. They have taken approval for the phase which was launched after phase -2 but are not working on phase -2. We are not given any answers to the queries.
