I Purchase a Bed from Estillo furniture, Kolkata on 6th january 2014, after 3 months it gaves several problem, after lodge complain they are not solve the problem, after several call they are attend after 21 days, this time again same problem(hydrulic not work properly) arise again I complain ( complained no 985) on 5th September but till now they are not attend yet, when I call their service center they misbehave, and told me if I force they are not attend my call, so please do something the product give me lots of problem

I want they change my product, why should I need to repair this product 2 times within 6 months, they supply me a damage one
