my water purifier is not working so i make complaint on 10 april 2014 complaint no 75857064. my product is under warranty now. till today they couldnt fix the problem. 3 times enginner can but couldnt solve the problem. now from last 5 days customer care ppl are taking daily new complaint and tell me today or tomm engineer will come and fix my problem. but now no engineer is also coming

i want eureka forbes to replacement the water purifer with new one.
