I registered a complaint on Thursady 7 august 2014 – 77618897 stating that my aquaguard smp+ has stopped working. The next day I was visited by 2 technicians who claimed a chip had become faulty and needs replacement. The replacement however would happen only on the coming Monday i.e 11 Aug 2014. I have waited till today i.e 13 Aug 2014 with a number of follow up calls to their call center but the issue has not been solved. This has always been an issue with them. They seem not to take any service request seriously whether its changing candles, replacing a tap or a leak.
I would like monetary compensation of 50,000 INR as well as an undertaking from some body with authority that they will improve their service delivery. This has been an issue always with them. The service people are rude, lack knowledge of the complaint and the solution offered, always on the phone while attending complaints at my home. They lack simple courtesy and manners. They seem not to take any service request seriously whether its changing candels, replacing a tap or a leak.
