i Purchased one online product Aquagurd reviva from eureka forbes website on 7 may 2015 with the assurance of free installation and one free gift personal water purifier. i received the product on 11/05/2015 without one free gift personal water purifier. after that i request for installation on same date by 0748303xxx and another no-39883333 they are given me installation request no-91897240 and they assured that installation will be with in 24 hours but they didn’t installed till the date in those 10 day i called more than 100 times and i spend more then 500 rs in the phone calls but they are not responded properly

i want free gift that will be assure and installation and penalty rs 10000 for their failure of service and for mentally assault
