I have purchased one Euroair Detox (Air Purifier) dated 15.11.13, the product delivered to me was broken and not functioning (the inside motor fan broken). In this regards many complaint has been lodged on phone but no solution at all.

I want my money back which was paid against receipt number 016193 dated 15.11.13 Rs.11490/-
