I have purchased enhance-UV model water filter from Eureka Forbes on 27th July-13.since purchased it has leakage and water control issue. after so many follow-up no response 2 time their engg visited and done modification/replace part inside. this is new unit and as customer cant accept repaired or replace any parts. they have told me that they will replace the unit but still no response from eureka Forbes team. I have log the comp with their toll free nos. complaint no is :- BB01D16045 my mobile nos is register -9820699199 as ID of customer. request you to pl look in to matter as soon as possible.

either new unit of same model or back my money which I fully paid to eureka forbes
