I take a annual maintenance contract for water purifier system (ro) from eurka forbes services for 2 years. Since last 10 to 12 days i complained about not working of water purifier to related office by phone near about 20 times but no any action taken yet. They deaf ear to our requst and behave very badly. We have allready paid the charges of maintenance in advance at the time of taking amc. We are forced to drink dirty water last 15 day. We are forced to drink unhealthy water as the jaundice is at its peak in chhattisgarh.

I want you to take a strict action against them. And do arrangement for repairing our water purifier. They cheated us.
