Our water purifier is not working. We are forced to buy water from outside. Eureka Forbes is not resolving the issue despite my AMC is still valid.
I took the AMC (no. 20456620, customer code – 1006997307)for my RO+UV on dated 06.02.2012 for 1 year. Technician came and replaced the membrane filter which was supposed to work for atleast 1 year. However it never worked properly. Membrane filter was not sealed. I questioned the technician on its genuinity but he said that this is what we get from company. It was looking like old one. Anyway, after he installed and went, we noticed that time taken to fill the tank was about 1.5 hours while it should take 45 mins. I made several complaints after that stating filter is not correct and water is coming very slow. Everytime technician comes and says it is normal. Last month our purifier stopped working and I made the complaint again. Technician came here and said your membrane filter is not working and you need to take the AMC again then only I will replace it. Now what is the use of AMC if they dont provide service. My current AMC is still valid till 05.02.2013. Now when I called the customer care and asked to send some senior technician, they again sent the same junior technician on 04.01.2013 (Vijay, phone no 8498979871/9290973478). He came and misbehaved with us and went away without resolving our problem. He said that I will not replace the membrane filter. Earlier, I was making complaint over the phone but they never gave me complaint number. Now I made complaint through their website and I received web service request ticket no: 774310cab0c4
