Dear Sir, On 6th May 2014 I requested to change the internal filter because it was quite old and water was not purified. The same has been replaced on 7th May 2014 but after replacing the filter water purified hasn’t work any more. I paid 1420 Rs for filter replacement as well as service charges. But all in vain. I lodge more than 12 times to the customer service but didn’t get any response from them.

I want my water purifier in working condition and also want 850 Rs which I spent for buying water.
