During service of the water purifier one of the bowl of the purifier was changed. Later the connection of the pipe with the bowl came off due to which there is lots of water leakage and we are finding difficulty in filling water. I have been constantly calling the help desk since 26th of Oct 14 and have received several complaint numbers the latest one is 0078923xxx the previous complaint number is 0078830xxx. Till date the company has not sent anyone to repair the purifier.

to fix the pipe to the bowl so that there is no water leakage and we are able to use the purifier.
