We are observing a manufacturing fault with the Cooler model DC1160S, from Eurolex Sr.no. WA32010441, purchased on 09/03/2013. We are facing issue with electric shock and sparks due to manufacturing defect in machine. This was bough to the notice of the company thru complain no. 61013 dt. 10/06/2013, which was after that repaired. but, as this is an engineering / design fault, the same did not even worked well that same very day, it was repaired. And motor stopped working after a heavy spark and ill smell. We’d also come to know, that such coolers are stopped manufacturing by the co’s itself cos of heavy complaints and manufacturing defects.

Now, we are facing issued with contacting company again thru customer care numbers – 011-25770997 / 1800110990, cos of pathetic management, as always busy / unreplied. We can not stock it in home, which is life threatening.

This is a dangerous machine in home, and might be a danger to life and property, if even repaired or replaced, cos of defects. Thus, seeking a take back from company with full refund of money. We can not carry on with such a machine, that is very risky to operate, and can cost to even life.
