EVM Honda kazhakuttom Bike Servicing Problems Not Solved

Sir, First of all sorry for my poor english .kindly read the matter and do the needfull. This is to inform you that about my complaint aginst EVM Honda kazhakuttom( kaniyapuram ) branch also about customer relation manager Sreejith of evm honda karamana branch, tvm about 10 to 11 month before I was given my Honda Unicorn Bike ( KL- 22- A 8195 ) to this branch because it have pulling problem. The adviser cheked and called me and said that it because of accelerator cable and electric plugs problem, I told him do change the needfull things and make the problem solved. After this service, about 2, 3 days later the problem again happened. I gone to the branch and give the bike. after checking adviser told me its because the bikes clutch plate had the problem, if it was changed the bike become ok. I said him change whatever you want for bikes problem and solve the problem. The parts had been changed. after 2 months the problem again happened, I gone to the same branch and give the bike. Adviser told me Its because your bike need to be decarbonized for that you need to pay 3500 rs, I told its ok do it. After a day adviser told me bikes piston kit and head need to be replaced . I dont know about their technical languages and I want my bikes problem solved so I told ok change any thing you need. they take about a week to repair it and called me.I gone to the branch and they gave me the bill it shows all the details and the amount is around 8500 rs. I think its around my one month salary ok gone is gone. When I reached home I check the bill it shows clutch plate had been changed again, I checked previous bill also it shows same clutch plate had been changed. In two months time they changed same part and fooled me. I felt angry about them, they try to stealing from ignorant people but I didn’t complaint any where because the problem was solved . After three months the problem again came and I given it to the same branch and meet service manager he told me he will do the needful. I trusted him they serviced bike and the problem solved.

Again problem came, So I called customer care manager Mr. Sreejith. He told me He will handle the problem you should come with bike to karamana service center. I Have 30Km to ride there. Its okay, I gone to the branch and given my bike and explained the whole matter to him. He told me that He will check my repair history from kazhakuttom branch and do the needful. After 5 days he called me and said that the problem solved also the service adviser promise that the problem will never happen again. But the problem also happened ( its happening). I fear that this problem also affects other parts of engines What else can I do sir . Please Sir I request you to do the needfull Thanking you John Britto C
