Excess Billing by Faulty Electric Meter

I am in receipt of excess/ abnormal billing for last 12 months against my existing disputed meter no.C112544, my consumer code no.568 080 535*9. i therefore request you to remove existing meter no.C112544 for test while replacing new working L.T. make working meter for which i am ready to pay the charges as per your rules.

I want my Faulty Electric Meter to be replaced ASAP and previous arrears credited to me by looking at the average bill for the next 6 months which will prove the Electric Company is at fault.
