Excess Billing/ Services barred after paying regular bill

I have a reliance data card no. 9357174058. This no was activated on 22-10-09. That time scheme was offered to me of two month bill free. According to that till 22nd dec-09 my billing should be waive off. But In jan-10 i received a bill for whole month of Dec-09 e.g 1-12 tp 31-12-09. When i contact relaince customer care thay said me to pay total bill as thay will adjust excess amont in Jan-10 billing. But again in Feb-10 i recd bill for jan-10 without any adjustment. When i cont thay give me req no 119794147 dt.15-02-10 with a resolution TAT of 2 days.Till 23rd there was no response i again cont them & thay again give me req no 120374593 dt.23-02-10. Next day they barred my services when i visit Rel web world & asked reason fot barring thay replied due to non payment they have vbarred my services. On the spot i paid Rs.600/- Dt 27-02-10 as suggested by there executive MS Shefali. She ensure me that within 30 mins srvices will be activated. From that day to till now i am trying to contact thgem to restart services with different compl no.120661256 dt.27-02-10 & 120819292 dt.02-03-10. Today again i visit Rel web world( Hoshiarpur. PB.) & cont Ms Shefali again she said to wait for 15 mins. …But till now i m just waiting.
