I booked a room from Expedia.co.in. Itinerary # 11024516172. It was in Hotel Rousha Inn, Kaushambi, Ghaziabad, UP. It was for 23rd Dec, 2013. The booking details from Expedia clearly stated that it includes complementary breakfast with the amount I paid. However, after visiting the hotel I was denied a breakfast stating that Expedia does not pay us enough to provide you a complimentary breakfast and told me to contact Expedia for further clarification. I couldn’t contact Expedia that time itself as it was an embarrassing situation for me and the breakfast time was already getting over.

I want a refund of Rs. 600 from Expedia as that’s what a breakfast costs in that hotel for two persons.
