I am a resident of 7th ‘F’ Main Road ,Bandappa Garden,Muthyalanagara,Bangalore-560054 (Contact No. 9448354138,080-23471082) have not been receiving any water through my existing BWSSB Cauvery Water connection for the past year and a half.Repeated complaints to the BWSSB office and their online complaint registering forum have gone unanswered.I continue to pay the bills for minimum water supply for the past year and a half,in spite of not getting a single drop of water through the connection. As this is inconveniencing me and my family extremely,I urge you to resolve this as fast as possible.

Hopefully the BWSSB will resolve my complaint as soon as possible.
