I had ordered an I Pad 16 GB 4 th generation on August 16th through order no. 2114009. As per the terms payment was made by credit card upfront and delivery was promised in 5-6 days Its been 15 days now and there is no sign of eben shipment neing done. I have requested them to cancel the order if they cannot ful fill it. Nether the order is completed or refund made to me. Pls help me get a solution.
