I am MTS customer my number is ” 9136197072″.
On 13/10/2010 today I got SMS regards confirming my subscription request for caller tunes. which i have not subscribe.
It deduct Rs15 from my balance.

I have also talk with customer care where MR Shrekant offering me 15min on this behalf of balance.
I do not want any min.

i also mail to there Nodal officeron nodal.del@mtsindia.in and customercare.del@mtsindia.in but not get any reply
